Our real estate department handles commercial real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, zoning and land use, TDR’s and land development, providing legal representation for complex real estate issues. In addition to commercial real estate and business transfers, our attorneys handle routine transfers and like-kind exchanges under §1031. Attorneys’ fees for real estate matters are based on individual client needs. Hourly billing and percentage fees are common, depending upon the nature of the work.
