The firm handles a variety of business law matters, including the incorporation of businesses, business transfers, employment agreements and employment contract disputes. Among other things, our attorneys prepare and review business contracts and commercial leases, set up business entities (Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations, Limited Partnerships, etc.), including the filing of all necessary paperwork with the State Department of Assessments & Taxation, and pursue and defend breach of contract claims.

Depending upon the nature of the work performed, attorneys’ fees may be charged at either a flat rate or on an hourly basis.

Commercial Litigation involves litigation between two or more businesses, and is often quite complex. Our litigators have extensive experience in complex matters, having tried hundreds of cases at all levels of state and federal courts and in commercial arbitrations in multiple jurisdictions. We provide litigation counsel to businesses of all sizes and in all industries.
